Pastor Cyril Rayan and his wife, Jemima cofounded ‘The Potter’s Ministries,’ a Christian non- profit organization focused on bringing a transforming revival in America and beyond. Their God-given vision is to Transform Nations by Transforming Communities. They also founded The Blessing Church based in San Jose, CA.

Pastor Cyril is a licensed minister and a member of the National Prayer Committee. God has given him a passion to raise up intercessors, equip the Body of Christ for the work of the ministry and to add new souls into God’s Kingdom. Cyril & Jemima (his better half) together wrote a book ‘Heal our Land’ which emphasises the importance of intercession to see the revival we so desperately need in America and in the nations of the world.

Pastor Cyril was instrumental in starting Bible based Kids Clubs in the city of Milpitas, CA which is an after-school program focused on evangelizing and discipling the public-school students. He served as an Associate Professor at Bethany University teaching principles of marketing, leadership and management courses. He worked as an adjunct professor at William Jessup University and Jubilee Bible College where he taught leadership courses. He is the author of an award-winning leadership book “Moving from Vision to Reality”, which defines seven steps to make your God given vision a reality. Several ministries have been launched through his seminars and teachings. He holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Pastor Jemima is a licensed minister, an intercessor, a speaker, an author and a gospel singer. Her book, ‘Experiencing the Holy Spirit’ has helped many to get a deeper understanding about the Holy Spirit. Her Tamil music albums, ‘Kuyavanin Keethangal’ volume 1 and 2 have blessed many. She leads a monthly women’s event in the Bay area called ‘The Kings Bride.’ Her ‘Word of the month’ has blessed many. She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and served as a teaching faculty in the Department of Mechanical Engineering for 5 years back in India. When she was about to start her corporate career in the Silicon Valley in California in the year 1999, the Lord called her into full time vocational ministry. Jemima is a reverse missionary from India who has served the Lord in America full time for the past 23 years. Praise the Lord!
